This illuminated gown represents a radiant fusion of haute couture and advanced material science, created for internationally acclaimed designer Guo Pei's first solo show in Hong Kong. The piece served as the opening highlight of her "Gilternity: An Everlasting Radiance" collection, showcased at CENTRESTAGE ELITES, with its solo premiere at the M+ Museum on September 1, 2025. The gown was also exhibited with the collection at CENTRESTAGE from September 3-6, 2025 and was featured during the "Master Talk Session- Guo Pei" on September 4, 2025.

For this landmark event, Guo Pei collaborated with GERI Limited, utilizing a one-of-a-kind intelligent textile developed from patented technology. The material integrates intelligent photonic systems with precision knit engineering to produce an interactive, illuminative fabric with exceptional stretchability. To realize the specific vision for this couture gown, novel advancements in seamless illumination pathways were developed exclusively for this application, setting a new benchmark for wearable technology in high fashion.
