In a spectacular collaboration, Professor Jeanne Tan’s research team at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and GERI Limited joined forces with iconic Chinese designer Guo Pei to create the radiant opening look for Angela Zhang’s latest concert tour. Titled “The Rebirth Goddess”, this one-of-a-kind masterpiece fuses the artistry of couture with polymeric optical fibre (POF) technology—a state-of-the-art textile that emits light—transforming fashion into expressive, wearable media.
